this sounds a good thing i would love to try it . i need to lose weight for myself and then for my son who is also over weight. if i learn new eating habits then i can pass my new skills on to him.this could be a new beginning.. i have aching legs and feet and i think this new item will be great..
I have heard of Apple vinegar as an aid to slimming... I tried it lots of times, and liked it, but found that I came out in spots.... I was having too much vinegar, too much acid... so take care not to overdo....
