Review : Nigel Denby Jan 09 The Top 100 Omega-3 Recipes is one of those little gem books! It does exactly what it says on the cover providing innovative ways of incorporating more omega-3s into your diet. Of course there are some lovely fishy recipes but Penny Doyle and Audrey Deane have recognised that wading through pounds of mackerel isn't everyone's cup of tea so the book is packed with omega-3 rich recipes which don't have so much as a whiff of fish about them too. At www.grub4life.org.uk we know all about the problems of feeding fussy children under 5 and whether for home or in nursery this book is perfect inspiration when you are looking for something tasty, healthy and easy to cook for breakfast, lunch, tea, dessert or just for a snack. Well done Penny and Audrey- can't wait to see your next book!
