Warning over salt levels in soup


Many soups sold in high street cafes and supermarkets may not offer the healthy option customers are seeking, a pressure group has warned.  Consensus Action on Salt and Health (Cash) said 25% of 575 types of soup it analysed failed to meet Food Standards Agency targets on salt content. 08-03-2010
