This is my story
have spent a life time yo yo dieting - have been successfull many times using various diets - have never managed to maintain a steady ideal weight. Having reached a 'goal' I start putting on again - I was determined to be at a sensible wieght for my 60th Birthday this month but did not manage it nor did I for my 30th (probably pregnant or looking after children) nor did I manage it for my 40th or 50th - am determined to manage it well before my 70th!!!!
