This is my story
Hi, I am 42 A single mother of 3 amazing children aged 17, 15, 8 two boys and a little girl. I have been on my own now for 4 years. I left school without doing my exams and went straight in to work and have worked ever since. Although I have experienced many differant types of jobs, I now work for myself running two business's. Ever since I was young, I associated food with doing things eg, going to the cinema=popcorn, going on a journey in the car=sweets, visiting my nan and grandad=humbugs, swimming=crisps, nightclubbing=Indian/chinese or kabab!! and so on....I have tried every diet in the book, lost weight and put it all back on within days. On 8th December 2006 I finally got banded after fighting the PCT to get funding. The surgeon was impressed that I'd lost 3 stone on Pre-op (3 weeks of slim fast). The hard work starts here. I started out on this long journey at 26 stone and 1 pound. Watch this space!!!!!
