This is my story
I have been a yoyo dieter most of my 45 years.
In 2002 I managed to lose 4 stones and with deaths in the family over the 4 years I have managed to put it all back on.
My brother has now been diagnosed with cancer and the fear of losing him has once again made me eat for comfort.
I know that when I have lost the weight I am such a confident bubbly person.
This is why today I am trying to do something for me and nobody else.
Hopefully all my aches and pains will also go away.
