This is my story
I am Laura. 49yrs old. Married for 29 yrs to Dave who is a martial arts instructor among other things lol. We have 3 grown up children and 1 grandchild.
The love of my life is my horse Zoe. I love riding, walking, cycling and reading.
I have lost and gained many times over the years.
4 yrs ago I was at my highest weight ever. Last year (2006) I started to follow Paul McKenna's principles and the weight is still coming off at a nice slow steady pace.
I now have size 12 knickers (used to be 22/24) and I want the label to be on the outside so everyone knows.
