This is my story
i am 40 next year and don;t want to start it being fat and frump.
i have four children and have struggled to lose weight. although i don't go to a gym i'm careful in what i eat and i'm always on the go. trouble is it dosn't seem to help me lose any weight.
i also suffer from anxiety and panic attacks which dosn't help the situation.
