This is my story
im married with 2 children. ive always struggled with my weight so last year i decided to have a band fitted at the hospital group i passed the assesment and just needed a date for the op but i was between jobs. i made it my ambition to get a good job and get finance for the operation but i really didint like the job and gave it up. i have started another job but unfortunatly its not as much money so i have had to put my dream of being slim in may for my 40th on hold .
It has been an emotional rollercoaster i felt so disheartened untill i read in anns story that the NHS may pay for the op so im going to book an appointment tomorrow with my doctor.
please wish me luck as its my last hope !!!!
Well i applied last year with my Doctor for the Lapband op but he wanted me to try slimming tablets first.
Thay were no good. so a year later in june this year i went back to him he has put me forward for it but i still havnt heard anything from them.
Ive decided to take control and ive applied to get it done privatly.
Ive chose to go to Brugge to get it done on the 15th of Oct Yahooooooo!!!!!!!
