This is my story
I have always been FAT. (I hate the ''FAT'' word). As a child, everyone said that it was puppy fat and that it would go ''eventually''. When I was a teenager, they all said that when I became interested in boys, ''it'' would fall off me.
''It'' never did - and still hasnt.
Im 35 years old, and still feeling that my life wont really start to get good for me until ''it'' / ''the fat'' has been shed.
Just like anyone else who has tried to lose weight, I have tried every diet there is. Weight Watchers. Slimming World, Lighter Life, Cambridge, Cabbage Soup, Boiled Eggs and Grapefruit - all of them. Every single one !!!! And basically ended up putting more on than I have ever taken off !!! Im sick of it.
If you met me, you would meet a happy, seemingly confident, genuine, sincere and honest person. Inside, I hate myself for letting myself be a ''victim'' to ''the FAT''. It holds me back in everything I do. I have a good career, a happy family life and a fabulous circle of friends - what more could a girl want?? - WELL I WANT TO BE SLIM ! !
Wish me luck Buddies - Im not going to fail this time. Im not having gastric band surgery, as I am petrified that something would go wrong during surgery and I would end up leaving ,my two beautiful chldren behind. So on with the diet and exercise I go.
