Not very good at this sort of thing but here goes...
Been oveweight since teenager.gradually got worse. want to lose weight to encourage my neice. Family all have a weight problem .
we also have a condition called factor V... would like to learn more about possible links between factorV and obesity ?
Biggest downfall when dieting??/ Bread!!!!
Love walking my dog every day, in fact love walking.
