This is my story
I lost 3 stone over a period of about a year but last year started to put it back on - I changed jobs & seemed to find myself out of routine - which I still haven't managed to find, went on IUD - and now I'm 23lbs up on the 3 stone - what a pain in the butt! At the moment I'm finding it hard to get motivated & I'm off on holidays in 2 weeks. Help - I don't want to go any further along this path. Now I have a huge event in September - black tie event which I need to look great at because I've organised it - help!!!
