This is my story
Hi, my name is Carol and have lived in the center of London since 1983, I am married with 2 teenage boys.
Damaged my back in 1992 while nursing and now have servere back pain - which gets worse every time I try to exercise.
Have ben to see the surgeon who as agreed to do a lap-band and now waiting to see the dietician, Jan 2007.
Slight nervous about having this done as I feel sad that I was unable to do this on my own. But due to my back pain know this is the right thing to do.
I am very luck to have the full supoort of my family, although they are wondering how it is going to affect there eating - as they do not need to lose weight.
