This is my story
Well, what to tell? I've always been tall (6' 4") and I've always weighed more than all the charts say I should, without looking too fat. About five years ago I lost about 4.5 stone, to get down to just under 15st; that made me look like a refugee from Belsen, but was still apparently over a stone more than my "ideal weight". This even though I'd got down to a medium in shirt size and a 34 waist for jeans - which I hadn't had since school!

Since then it's all crept back on and I'm now in a phase where I'm trying to get rid of it all again. Last time I did it the wrong way - for three months I adopted a lifestyle that just wasn't sustainable. This time I'm trying to do it right, by making small changes that I can keep to. Not sure how it's going to go, but this project is running until the end of the year!

I'll be updating my diary here as regularly as I can, but I'll also be blogging about it at my main blog, The Wolf's Howl (Link ) so why not check it out?
