This is my story
hi my name's Gayle and i am 46 years old and i have 6 children after my 5th was born i went from 15 and a half stone (pregnancy weight) back down to a size 10-12 that was in 1990 then when i hit the same weight in 94 i guess i just thought well it went last time it will again silly really i have tried weight watchers and slimming world but at the moment iweigh 18 stone am fed up of yo-yo dieting and too tight clothes am hoping this site will give me the boost i need to shift some of this and let a new me out
