This is my story
I am married and have 2 children I live in Kent, I have been overweight since having my kids however I can't use that as an excuse anymore as my youngest is 12 years old, I believe my overeating was a result of post natal depression and it just became a habit I am a compulsive overeater especially at times of stress have had NLP that’s similar to what Paul McKenna does and am now starting Cambridge diet (again) as I keep lapsing I am hoping this time I wont, I feel my family sabotage my efforts at times and I don't get the right support from them I am hoping being on this site I will receive the right sort of support and encouragement.
