This is my story
here is my story.
i am 57 in a few days time.
the story i put on before,was true but reading it back did not make any sense?
in the last ::::::::::: say 10 years,i suddenly put on weight.very slowly,i did not
always notice?.just thought my clothes where shrinking. [that's true.]
then i was told 2years ago [there abouts] i had an under active thyroid
they are still working out my tab's.
so my husband and i are on a healthy eating plan,he is doing great,i am not.
i just feel no self worth i am trying hard and nothing is shifting.
now last august i was told i had lymphoedema.
just got an appointment today [15th march.]
to go to clinic for lymphoedema.
why can't i loose weight.i am 5--3 and cant really carry this weight.
i am 16 1/2 st.in the morning and by night time i am 17 st.
seem it is the lymphoedema it's fluid.and the legs swell up .
can any-one put me on the right track ?
