This is my story
AGH! Who am I? Don't like me very much. Have always battled with my weight. Really do not like my current size - hate clothes shopping. Hate looking in a mirror. Never been small, even as a child. In my teens I was a size 16/18. In my young 20's I creeped up to a size 20/22. I then lost 2 stones for my wedding. Nearly 2 years later it has all gone back on and more. At the beginning of the year I weighed 18.2. We invested in a treadmill and I have been watching what I eat. I have lost a stone! Really chuffed, but very slow!
