This is my story
hi everyone my name is serena im 31 and have lost 4 stone up to date im am currently following the slimming world plan and have lost my weight so far going between the weight watchers diet and slimmingworld at the moment im trying to stay committed to slimming world .
i have just had to give up my gym member ship due to lack of funds and now have to find alternative motivation.
i have spent the last 6 months going up and down the same stone bracket and need to move down into the next one to get my weight moving again
I want to lose about anougher 7 stone allthough short term id be happy with three this year .
im looking forward to meeting new buddys here in this forum to give and recive so much need support.
