This is my story
I am a classic yo yo dieter. Spend months losing weight only to put it all back on plus a bit more.
This last time i put on weight after giving up smoking (havent had a fag for 15 months now) but losing has been a struggle since being diagnosed with poly cystic ovaries. But have lost a stone so far and determined to get there again this time.
