This is my story
Hi,
I am 40, and have been overweight since I was in my 20's. i have tried every diet going, sometimes with success, but always ending up with me putting back on more than I lost.
I run my own business, have 3 children and a lovely husband. I totally relate to everything Anne Diamond said in Celebrity Fit Club. I would love to lose the weight, but my mind always seems to take over and I eat!
After months of deciding whether to or not, I am now having a band fitted on Sat 17th Feb. I hope this will be the start of a new and better (and healthier life).
