This is my story
I am 52 years old and have been overwight for most of my life!
I am very much a yo-yo dieter and have tried every diet known to man! Weightwatchers, Slimming World, Low Fat, Lipotrim, Cabbage Soup, Atkins etc etc etc!!
I am currently at my heaviest weigh ever and determined to do something about it. I have just restarted the Slimming World plan and have managed to lose 3lbs over the past couple of weeks. I live on an island so don't have any classes available so I am a member of the online SW site - BodyOptimise.
I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone on here.
