This is my story
Back 10years ago I was 10stone, then I came out with alleries,I went into Hospital,because it was a difficult case they sent me to Bristol Hospital,they said I had cronic urticaria,I swell & come out with big red blisters and they left bruises when they went.
They gave me large injection of steriods, they said to shock it out of my system.
when I came out of Hospital I went to my Doctors to have more,it did not shock it out of my system it only made me go from 10st to 18st.
I went on Zinc tablets because I read it was good for the inmune system,I been on them 5yrs and I do not break out anymore if iI eat foods I swell up a bit,The Dietitian told me it is qiucker for me to tell you what you can eat than what you cannot,tests said-Dairy,Gluton, wheat,etc.
Ihave lost a 1,stonesince Sept 06.
I must lose the wieght because of my knees, I go on Air Walker1hour,and cross trainer 1/2 hour burning 800 cals a day.
I swear to you I write everything I eat in a book,I went to my doctors to be weighed and I have put 6ibs on. and I cryed because I was good in fact I did not eat much last week.I am in a size 22 trousers and dress and I hate it I am
trying everything to lose the weight I am crying inside, I swear I do not cheat My partner would tell you I have been thinking to have what Anne have had, but I do not eat fat, cake chocolate,crisps, nothing like that or drink, so please I am desperate I do not know which way to turn.
I see them on the T.V where they have people on to help them lose weight I wish I could get on there for them to help me.I am 63 but everyone says I do not look my age even the Hospital says have we got the year you were born wrong. everyone says what do I use. that is nice to hear but the wieght is worrying me so much.
