This is my story
i have been chubby most of my teen years then when i fell pregnant with my first son in 1986 i didnt gain a lb during pregnancy and found myself 7 kgs slimmer when the boy was born.
Since then i have been steadly around 60-62 kgs (lower when i had a major heart op or when i had a nervous downfall after a miscarrage and higher after the birth of my second son but then lost it all again) since oct 2005 when i started gaining without a reason and after a few months i discovered my thyroid was working *borderline* not too low to be put under treatment as *the only* side effect was my weight gain.
I feel bloated most of the days and i am not more than careful in what i eat i gain one or two kgs in a night and then takes ages to go.
