This is my story
Hi in 2004 I had a inflammation of the brain that has left me with little mobility I wear an orthopedic foot brace on my left leg and walk using a stick. I was an active person before this weight averaging around 91/2 stone now it has gone up to 15stone. in 21/2 years. I am on a lot of medication which I believe is part of my battle but where I was able to run around and do things I can just about walk. I was working full time and was on my feet working in a busy laboratory.
I know I need to do something before this takes over me. But it has taken the past 2 years to get back on my feet health wise and now I want to get rid of the excess bagage. I am unlikely to get the use of my leg back so I will have to work round it.
