This is my story
Never really had a problem with my weight until I had my children. Then seemed to put on during pregnancys and after.
Tried all sorts of diets including Weight watchers,Rosemary conley and Slimming world on a number of occassions and managed to loose a fair amount each time. However have always kept off for a while but eventually seemed to loose the willpower and put it back on and more.
Decided had had enough with diets and eventually plucked up the courage to have a Gastric band fitted at the beginning of March with the Hospital Group.
So have a whole new learning experience ahead now,but hope this will be the answer to my problems.
