This is my story
I have had a weight problem all my life and it has been a constant struggle. I have lost weight several times via slimming clubs or slimming pills in the early days, only to find i put it back on again but i have never been as big as i am now, and quite frankly it frightens me.MY Blood pressure is high and i take meds for that and my cholestral is 8 thats not good, my gp is not much help he sent me to see the dietition,but she did not tell me anything i dont know all ready. I know what to do thats not the problem. Trying to keep the weight off is.I am going to see the consultant on 29 april re a gastric band i know i am going to have to work hard but i hoping it will be the answer to my prayers . I am really commited to this and am determined to make it a success. I would really like some friends to talk to and plenty of advice and info, i welcome anyone who would like to join me in this adventure because it is an adventure and one i am relly looking forward to,Well you know what i mean as much as anyone can.xxxxx
