This is my story
My name is jo and for as long as i can remember i have had a weight problem. I worked as a fitness instructor for years and worked as a senior instructor at Ragdale Hall Health Hydro ans although i taught several classes each day i still did'nt lose weight. Because of the nature of the job and my weight problem i suffered with my back and had to give up the job. I now work for M&S Simply food and yes you guessed it i put on more weight. I had a gastric band fitted at the end of Nov 06 and have lost almost 3 stone
