This is my story
Hi all i have at least 12 stone to lose there u i said it,only know my weight in stones so not sure if my right weight has been put down.It wasnt till last night when my son took a photo on my phone that i realised how horrible and fat i really looked ,it has really upset me but made me think i need to do saomething now im only 30 and young still.I suppose i started gaining weight at school then i was bullied real bad my only comfort was eating.And if i look back now i wish i done something with my weight then but i casnt turn back time.At 22 i married and during my six year marrried had a beautiful son now 6,but gained six stone.I do have a condition cally polysystic ovaries syndrome which can make u gain weight and find it hard to lose.I dont use it as an exuse as was big before i knew i had it.And the bottom line is i love food to much and its all the wrong foods.My all time widh is to lose at least 5 stone thios year.Thats my goal.And from tomorrow going to really stick with it carry on my walking as i do alot of that now.Im determined and everyone in here is so nice i think this site will help me loads .
