This is my story
I have tried every diet going i am bullimic but do not vomit, I am currently waiting for a psycology appointment and am saving to go to belgium
to have a gastric band fitted I am hoping that if i get the mind sorted then the gastric band is the thing for me.
I have now had my band fitted and feel better than I have done in years I have only lost about two and a half stone since January but I am plodding on and working away at it, I think that my mind is also in a much better place than it has been for years so all is well.
Struggled a bit for a while but my weight is now down to 208lbs only did it with the help of everyone on this site
