This is my story
Overweight all my life. At 37 I decided that drastic action was needed-- I did'nt want to hit forty without major weight loss-- I owed it to myself to loose it!
After much deliberation I decided to opt for gastric banding and had the op at the end of March '07. I've lost about 4st so far, which of course I'm delighted with, but I've had my ups and downs with the band, and am still awaiting the arrival of that elusive 'sweet spot'. Willpower is still required however.........if anyone knows a shop that sells some ......let me know !
