This is my story
I was born wih rheumatoid arthritis, losing my only brother to murder and then lots of sitting around and drinking too much got me up to 16 stone, I lost 2 stone on my own, and am now struggling and need help to get off a couple more stone. I don't want to be a beach babe, do really, but I know it will never happen, so I would now be happy to get down to 12 stone, it would improve my health and joints.
