This is my story
I'm Fiona, single, 26 with two children. I put a lot of weight on with both of my pregnancies and finding it difficult to get rid of the weight. A year ago I also found out that I have an underactive thyroid which I am now taking medication for.
Being single it is difficult to get out and do the walking after work that most 'yummy mummy's' get the chance to do (lucky them eh??!), but also, I am a nurse and only work night shifts so the time that I do get while the children are at school I actually have to sleep.
