This is my story
I can rember having problems with my weight, from the age of eight. I'm now a mum of 4 age 26,14,12,10 I work fulltime
my weingt went up to 27 stones, and my doctor said if I did not lose some weigh I would end up in a wheel chair. I had to loss some weight to have the op, I then had my stomach staped in 1999 weighing 21 stones then I lost 9 stones after a few years weight when up by 5 stones.
On 16th April 2006 I had RNY gastric bypass. The weight is coming of but very slowly.
For the first time in my life, I understand that I need to take charge of my own life, and its a great feeling!
I'm now doing counciling and diet and nutrition course, so that after I've helped myself I shall be able to help others.
