This is my story
I'm one of the many people out there who has exprienced difficulty with weight control for all of my life. One evening (at the age of 24) I got into my Volkswagen Golf and found that my stomach was wedged against the steering wheel...ENOUGH!!! Immediately, I joined a local slimming club and within 10 months had shed approximately 5 stones. That was in 1998 - I've managed to keep a good deal of it off; however, since last year I've been packing those pounds back on again - and it's gotta go folks! Right now I feel a bit out of condition - and I'm a little embarrassed about it having put in so much effort to lose the weight in the first place. But as I said - it's gotta go, so that's why I've signed up to Fat Happens. I'd love to be somebody's "Buddy" on here! So, drop me a line - I'd love to hear from you!
