This is my story
Hi my name's Lynn, I'm 41, married and have children ages ranging from 18 - 6.
I have been on a diet most of my life, but have decided the time has come to change my eating habits once and for all and hopefully maintain the weightloss healthly. I have lost a total of 33 lbs and am hoping to lose another 60lbs.
I'm hoping to get lots of hints and support from this site, and am looking forward to making lots of like minded friends.
I have made a montage of before and after photos, it reminds me how far i've come, and I'd like to share it with you.
