This is my story
Well my story is so similar to many others on this site - first diet about 8 years old when I was taken to the Doctor by my parents who thought I was overweight - I probably was but that was the start of my yo yo dieting.
I have, over the years, lost stones and stones only to put back on stones and stones and some more stones.
So now the time has come, I am going to have a band fitted and I am going to make it work for me. I am so determined that now I am forty I am not going to spend the rest of my life starving and binge eating month in and month out.
I am having my consultation on Tuesday 6th May and have provisionally booked my operation for May 24th.
