This is my story
I am not sure where to start! I have always had a weight problem and always been on a diet (and the binge that goes with it). About four years ago I lost alot of weight through eating very little. I couldn't keep up the really low cal diet and put the weight on and some! I am now very overweight (too embarrassed to post weight at the moment!).I am now struggling to get this weight off. It affects my self confidence and image of myself and I worry about the health problems that could be around the corner.So I am on the road to weight loss!
