This is my story
i am going to change what I had here it really didnt sound like me at all. I am on the Lighterlife diet just now. because I feel in control I feel much better about myself I have loat 15lbs in 8 days. The weight loss will slow up now, im going to keep with this till Christmas. Love to all x x x x
