This is my story
Hello all, my name is Shean. I have been trying to lose weight for about 2 years now, me and my husband have decided we want another baby so this time I am determined!
I put on weight after my father died suddenly of a heart attack 7 years ago, he was 43. I was then in an abusive relationship, which didn't help matters! I went from being a size 10/12 to a size 18, my weight went up again after having my daughter through eating crap (currently size 24). Have tried Weight Watchers and Slimming world, both worked but put weight back on as quickly as it was lost, so, now I'm not on a diet I'm on a healthy eating plan through my doctors.
I look forward to getting to know new people in the same boat x
