This is my story
I am here because i am fat!
I have had 2 wonderful daughters but with each pregnancy i gained weight, never lost it, the usual story.....
I like my food and especially alcohol....i know i should cut down as i do everything in excess so its my own fault.
Split up with my hubby in april so the stress has taken its toll somewhat. Although i am relieved we are no longer together just constantly worrying about my daughters and what the future may hold has caused me to binge big time!!
Now its time to take control.
And i will.
