This is my story
I am here because i am fat and unhappy about it.
I have 2 wonderful daughters but with each pregnancy i gained weight, (the usual story).....I have lost and gained weight for the last 16 years and I am sick of it!
I like my food and especially alcohol....i know i should cut down as i do everything in excess so its all my own fault.
In November 2010 I rejoined Weight Watchers for possibly the 27th time and I am now following their new Pro-Points plan as best I can (with an odd binge day thrown in- well Im only human, Lol).
This will be my weight loss journey, I hope to make some friends and together we can share the highs and lows as we fight the battle of the bulge.
