This is my story
Hi Everyone!!
I'm Niamh from Dublin and I'm 25. Just weighed myself for first time in a while ( have been avoiding scales for a couple of months now!!) and am officially the heaviest I've ever been. Think I've been in denial ... have blamed tumble dryer for everything feeling a bit too snug lately.
I work in retail and often grab food on the hop and as I'm on my feet all day, avoid doing anything more strenuous than channel surf in evenings. Not good.
I'm hoping to change all my bad habits, as i have a big family wedding next year and don't want to attend ANOTHER function wishing I'd done something to shift the bulge!
