This is my story
Jus ta normal mum who has yo-yoed with weight all of my life. Now the children are growing and I have a bit more time to be a bit more structured with excersise and diet. I am hoping to motivate daughter son in law and hubby to lose weight with me, we have 17 stones to shed between us!
