This is my story
What can i say seem to have spent my entire life on diets! even when i was younger and at school i was labelled the 'fat' one ! Yet when i look back at photos i wasn't actually that bad. Did actually get down to 11st at one point (well bout 16 yrs ago!) and have been losing and gaining and gaining the same weight ever since; it's true what they say the more you diet the more weight you gain.
