This is my story
I used to be thin - I used to be a streak of ... but then I guess 'fat happened'.

I used to go to the gym, push my own weight up and down every other night, play basketball, martial arts. When time became short I slowly but surely stopped with the exercise and slowly but surely I started weighing myself down.

I used to eat all kinds of healthy food (mixed in with junk), but it was fine because I used to burn it all off. Trouble is, as soon as exercising became a chore (because I'd been out of the game for so long) it suddenly become a difficult thing to do and as a consequence the small amount of time I had spare didn't get spent sweating.

Eating huge armfuls of food is suddenly not looking like quite the good idea it once did but god help me I haven't the will power. If I could get into some team games I'd be fine. Trouble is, at age 25 all the teams out there that I could join (cricket, basketball, etc) would be pretty competitive and I'd not feel too comfortable being the worst guy in the team with a room full of scowling faces...
