This is my story
Hi My name is Sue, I am a mother of two aged 16 and 21. I have struggled with my weight for the past 14years, mainly after having my second child. Finding myself in a very stable relationship and no money worries has caused me to gain . My first partner was very volatile and we often had no money hence food shortages. So as you can guess, my cupboard and fridge are now never empty. and gradually the weight has crept on. I decided on having a band fitted last sept 07, and having completed all the relavant investigations I am booked in on the 16th Jan 08. I'm having it done private in Bristol (Shire) they have been excellent help and advice. Now I'm looking forward to a New Year and a New Me. Hope all goes well.

Well now it's 15 months since banding and I have lost a massive 8st 7lbs, I am now a size 12 on top and 14 on the bottoms. need abit of body scuplting here and there but that can wait for a while. This is the best thing I have ever done and now my life is worth living again,
