This is my story
I have spent many years shovelling food in my mouth. Yo yo dieting, losing weight then putting it all ( and more ) back on. I have been trying to eat properly for about 3 months now - a little glitch at christmas! and I went to a hypnotherapist. It's a bit easier , going very slowly but I can't really exerise, arthritis, bad back. So, thats me!
