This is my story
I work for a charity, the Oxford Health Alliance, that brings people together to address the risk factors for chronic diseases (like heart disease and diabetes). Keeping a healthy weight (through good diet and exercise) is a really important part of this - for me personally as well as the organisation! We have a global website, www.3four50.com, which aims to bring together people's stories about lifestyles (smoking as well as keeping a healthy weight), and also has video news each week about these issues worldwide.
