This is my story
I'v been obese all my life and 3 years ago I joined the gym and lost 5 stone, unable to lose any more I'v got no alternative but to have a gastric band fitted on 22nd january 2008. I have joined buddies so i can talk to people who also struggle or have struggled with weight loss x
