This is my story
I have always had aweight problem ,since i was a child . I have never managed to lose more than 2 stone in one go.I am now at my heavest of 18 st+.Going on a diet seems so daunting, it will take for ever to get to goal . I became a nana for the first time this week , when he grows up I would like him to be proud of me not asshamed. I don't like exercise much though i will walk places.I only seem able to stay on a diet for a few weeks then i lose interest because it dosn't happen quickly enough. I would like to be intouch with anyone that feels the same way.So we can encourage each other.
3 years later and i now have 2 grandchildren .Still feel the same about diets ,but i do have a lifeline now ,im awaiting my date very soon for my lapband,then i hope i can start to enjoy my life again .i d know it still wont be easy ,but it has to be better than this .
